Shipping & Returns

Material Return Policy

All South Flooring will accept returns on standard stock items that are returned within 90 days of original material receipt, are still in the original packaging, and the packaging is in sellable condition. No returns will be accepted without an RMA# issued by ASF customer service and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for return freight charges.

All South Flooring does not allow returns on custom orders and/or non-stock items.

Regarding all Maxxon Floor Prep products and ASF Contract Adhesives:

• Must be stored in an eclosed space and not exposed to outside elements**
• Most be delivered to a “staffed” warehouse with dock level receiving (full pallet deliveries exceed weight of common carrier liftgates)
• Must be palletized and wrapped to secure the material & ASF must receive pictures of palletized product before issuing RMA.
• Must be in sellable condition to receive credit (no busted bags/previously opened pails are eligible for credit)

**Due to the nature of floor prep material, product stored in high moisture environments can cause it to be unusable.

Late Payment Policy

Payments received after the due date are subject to an 18% per annum finance charge.
